INGENIO undertook the implementation of a new system for monitoring and measuring the efficiency of the company’s executives and the time each executive spent per client.
Implementation:
By combining Softone’s ERP and Microsoft’s power automate, we created a contemporary system for recording and measuring time and actions.
In Softone’s ERP we gathered all the necessary information about incoming demands through phone calls and e-mails. We also enabled the company’s executives to record their important tasks and receive the corresponding reminders.
With power automate, we automated the import of e-mails from Microsoft to Softone as well as the notifications to customers about the assignment and completion of their requests.
Benefits:
The management now has a clear overview of the efficiency of each employee, the pending tasks and the actions they have completed. Furthermore, they are now able to know the exact amount of time each customer has occupied their executives, so they can make a proper costing and revision of their price list.
