Methodology
Analysis and recording of requirements
Depending on the scope of the project, meetings are scheduled per section with the person(s) responsible for each of them. Specifically, at the meetings, we explore how the business operates and how it is reflected in current software (if any). As a result, the outcome of the meetings is the planning document that reflects the technical implementation.
Implementation and Training
Based on the planning document, we, then, proceed with the implementation, with no surprises. Because it has already been agreed with the client what will be delivered to them. On the whole, a key part of the project is the delivery of the written processes that accompany the training.
Operation support
Post-delivery support is equally important. In partnership with our customers, we ensure the successful adoption of all procedures through the programme. And, then, we implement together new procedures that add even more value to the operation of the programme.
