Junior IT Technician

We are looking for a Junior IT Technician to join the Technical Department.

We accompany and support businesses across the entire spectrum of commercial and industrial activity, offering our customers integrated, methodical and documented technological guidance to improve their productivity and achieve their business goals through technology.

As part of this growth, we are looking to staff the company by seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Junior IT Technician to support our Technical Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers.
  • Manage and monitor support requests through the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues related to computers, printers, networks, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide both remote and on-site technical support.
  • Install and configure workstations and business IT equipment.
  • Support Microsoft 365 solutions, (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Participate in IT installation, upgrade, and infrastructure projects.
  • Record technical actions taken and document solutions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate and resolve more complex incidents.


Required Qualifications

  • Degree or relevant studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Routers).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
  • Fulfilled military service obligations, where applicable.
  • Valid Category B driving licence.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
  • Knowledge of telephone systems or printing systems.
  • Microsoft or other relevant vendor technical certifications.
  • Good command of English.
