INGENIO undertook the implementation of a central Business Intelligence platform to provide updates for Management and department managers at one of the largest bottled water companies in Greece.

The following were adopted:

The SQL Server platform, through SQL Integration Services & SQL Analysis Services, for the back end of the implementation. These applications implemented the right data flows for homogenised and cohesive data, as well as the data cubes users connected to.
The Power BI platform for displaying and analysing the various indicators. More specifically, various key performance indicators (KPIs) and specialised reports were implemented to help monitor the performance of the company’s various operations.

The company now has an advanced reporting platform on which to build, in order to:

Identify issues and malfunctions in its daily workflow in a timely manner.
Make key decisions about the company’s strategy.
Easily create new KPIs by utilising existing tools.
