The adopted solution is a Yeastar call center with Grandstream devices. We connected the headquarters with the branch offices in order to provide customers of Samaras Batteries with prompt and better-quality services.
As a result, there can be unlimited internal communication without keeping busy external phone lines. Another important benefit is the fact that the executives of the company can now serve all customers directly, from anywhere they are, without leaving calls unanswered.
