The following were adopted:

• Fortigate cluster Firewalls and active protection services (FortiCare & FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection with Security Rating Service). Network security and monitoring/management and High Availability were ensured.
• Trend Micro Services Antivirus with a cloud management console for continuous client updates whenever they are activated and connect to the internet. At the same time, we control incoming and outgoing mail via the Trend Micro Mail Security service, thus increasing the protection of Microsoft 365 users
• The widely used Microsoft 365 platform
  • The Exchange On-Line service was activated, using 4 domains simultaneously (with no additional licensing required)
  • The company adopted Microsoft Teams to create the document file system, schedule tasks (Planner) and assign/manage tasks (To Do). By customising the respective access rights, users from different company domains operate on a single Teams platform.
• Lastly, a dedicated Azure Server was activated, on which the company’s commercial accounting application was installed.
