Transition to Microsoft 365.

Kanellakis SA, a key player in the heating/water sector, has been working closely with INGENIO since 2012. Kanellakis SA has 7 branches in Attica that are served by a single IT network installed and configured by INGENIO personnel.

In the 2nd quarter of 2021, Kanellakis SA assigned INGENIO the transition of emails over to the Microsoft Exchange Online service. With the right planning, the transition of 80+ corporate accounts was carried out with zero down time or loss of data. The company uses all of the privileges of Exchange OnLine.

Microsoft Teams was also adopted, both for the internal communication needs of Kanellakis SA personnel, as well as for the management of its File System.
