Eftychia Athanasiou, joined by guests Antonis Mathioulakis and Aldo Mar, examines the most common challenges and the hidden costs of errors in the warehouse, and demonstrates how Inventory4All simplifies and automates these processes.
Meet our guests:
Antonis Mathioulakis is the Founder and CEO of M&A Solutions, with many years of experience in the design and implementation of logistics solutions, WMS, and warehouse technologies. Since 1998, he has held leadership positions (Technical Director, Business Development Manager) at major companies in the industry, such as Mantis Informatics and the Theodorou Group, developing partnerships with international technology firms such as Zebra, Honeywell, Newland, and Microsoft. Since 2014, he has created, together with his team, a comprehensive range of products (WMS4All, Voice4All, Inventory4All, Packing4All, etc.), actively contributing to the digital transformation of retail and industrial businesses in Greece and abroad.
Aldo Mar is the Director of ERP, WMS, and BI Services at INGENIO, with many years of experience in the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions and applications. A graduate in Econometrics and holder of a master’s degree in Decision Support Systems from Lumière Lyon 2 University, he has worked in Greece and France, combining technical expertise with business strategy. At the same time, he serves as a vCIO, supporting organizations in the development and implementation of their technology strategy.
Meet our host:
Eftychia Athanasiou holds a BSc in Automation Engineering, an MBA with a specialization in Total Quality Management (University of Piraeus), and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (Technical University of Munich). She has many years of experience in technical and managerial production roles at multinational and Greek companies. She has participated in and led projects involving continuous improvement, MES & CMMS system management, process optimization, and maintenance. For the past year and a half, she has been working as a PMO and WMS Implementation Consultant at INGENIO, undertaking internal and external projects for the optimization of operations and processes, as well as the design and implementation of WMS systems, with an emphasis on combining Operational and Service Excellence with project management.
